Stretch, Mobilize, Activate
By stretching, mobilizing, and activating based on the initial assessment, we can ensure that your body is prepared to execute the upcoming movements with ease and efficiency.

Power
As we grow older, our bodies naturally experience a decline in power and strength. Did you know that after the age of 40, power declines much faster than strength? Hence, it is absolutely crucial to maintain physical abilities, muscle coordination and produce more force in less time. This is key to avoiding accidental falls, reducing injury risk and improving health and performance.

Strength
That’s the main part of the session. It wil be functional, we will work in different planes of motion through a variety of movement patterns. You will work your core muscles, you will push, pull, squat, hinge among other movements.

Conditioning
You can incorporate various tools for the final part of your workout such as a treadmill, airbike, battle rope, sled push or pull, versaclimber, ski erg, and row machine. However, we will use short intervals combining high intensity with rest.

Initial Fitness Assessment
We would like to gain a comprehensive understanding of your personal goals, nutritional habits, sleep patterns, health history, lifestyle, and preferences as a part of our assessment process. This will help us determine the best approach to help you achieve your fitness goals while minimizing the risk of injury.
We will also conduct different physical tests to ensure we have all the necessary information to design a personalized fitness plan tailored to your needs.
